Responsibilities
- Welcome every guest with warmth and professionalism
- Manage reservations and walk-in waitlists
- Coordinate seating with management and servers
- Maintain a clean and organized entrance
- Answer guest questions professionally
- Assist with guest flow throughout service
- Communicate wait times accurately
- Support the front-of-house team as needed
Skills
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Experience using Square POS
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent guest service and hospitality
- Assist FOH staff when needed
- Ability to manage reservations, waitlists, and guest flow
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional during busy service
- Strong attention to detail
- Time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Weekend and holiday availability required
Pay: $16.90 per hour
