Overview
Join our dynamic team as an HVAC Routine Preventative Maintenance Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of mechanical and HVAC systems across our clients locations. This is a clerical position in the office.
Duties
- Develop and coordinate comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules for HVAC equipment to maximize efficiency and lifespan.
- Oversee detailed inspections of air conditioning units that are turned in.
- Oversee repair activities by coordinating service technicians' efforts in HVAC system repair, installation, and equipment repair tasks using hand tools and specialized diagnostic tools.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for parts procurement related to HVAC equipment repairs and other break-fix repairs at the location .
Qualifications
- Proven experience with a strong background in HVAC maintenance
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills to communicate technical information clearly to clients or team members and vendors alike.
- Stong Admin skills with experience in Corrigo, Service Channel, and Excel.
