Lead a Specialized Program That Makes a Difference
Pinwheel Healing Center, LLC is seeking an experienced, organized, and compassionate Sex Offender Treatment Program Supervisor to oversee our specialized treatment program in Albuquerque. This leadership position combines direct clinical services, program supervision, and administrative oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based treatment services.
The successful candidate will maintain a clinical caseload while supervising staff, completing assessments, managing program operations, and ensuring compliance with federal contract requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the Sex Offender Treatment Program.
- Provide clinical supervision, consultation, and support to program staff.
- Maintain an active caseload of clients.
- Conduct psychosexual and other court-ordered assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress.
- Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices.
- Prepare timely and accurate clinical documentation, treatment reports, and court reports.
- Coordinate services with the U.S. Probation Office, attorneys, courts, community supervision officers, and other referral sources.
- Ensure compliance with all federal contract requirements, agency policies, licensing standards, and ethical guidelines.
- Prepare, review, and submit accurate monthly billing and required reports in accordance with federal contract requirements.
- Monitor documentation quality, productivity, and program outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement, staff development, and program planning.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
- Current New Mexico licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist, or other independently licensed behavioral health professional (or license eligible, if applicable).
- Experience working with justice-involved populations.
- Experience conducting clinical assessments and maintaining thorough documentation.
- Supervisory or program management experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and time-management skills.
- Experience with electronic health records and clinical billing is preferred.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience providing sex offender-specific treatment.
- Knowledge of federal probation services and criminal justice systems.
- Experience managing federally funded contracts or government programs.
- Familiarity with compliance standards, utilization review, and program reporting.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
