CNC Set-Up Machinist (3, 4 & 5 Axis) – Aerospace
Location: Auburn, WA
Shifts Available:
- Day Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
- Openings:
- 2 (One per shift)
We’re hiring experienced CNC Set-Up Machinists to join our precision aerospace team. If you take pride in your setups, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can run tight-tolerance, multi-axis parts like it’s second nature—we want to talk.
What You’ll Do:
- Set up and run 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC mills
- Work from complex aerospace prints using G-Code and M-Code
- Read and interpret GD&T with confidence
- Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools
- Select and install tooling as needed
- Troubleshoot issues and improve setups
- Collaborate with peers and lead by example
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of CNC set-up experience (Aerospace preferred)
- Strong command of G-Code programming and editing
- Solid understanding of GD&T, blueprint reading, and quality inspection
- Familiarity with a range of tooling and workholding strategies
- A leadership mindset – coachable, accountable, and willing to train others
- Someone who hustles and takes ownership

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
