Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a professional commercial real estate location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. Job Schedule:
What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, property policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.

Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details through appropriate site contacts and documentation methods.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.

Monitor access points, observe visitor and contractor activity, and communicate with property management and/or first responders when situations call for additional support.

Complete routine logs, incident reports, and shift notes, and communicate relevant observations during handoff to help support continuity of site operations.
Minimum Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.

An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.

CPR certification is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

A guard card/license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
