Towson Dental Care is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) who is passionate about patient care, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of an exceptional team.

What You'll Do
- Assist chairside during advanced dental procedures, including All-on-X implant surgeries
- Assist with oral surgery, restorative, and general dentistry procedures
- Coordinate and manage orthodontic cases
- Fabricate temporary crowns and bridges
- Perform digital intraoral scans
- Present treatment plans and educate patients on recommended care
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and surgical setups
- Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols
- Manage inventory and clinical supplies
- Work closely with our doctor and team to deliver outstanding patient experiences
What We're Looking For
- Current Maryland EFDA License
- Minimum 5 years of dental assisting experience
- Experience with oral surgery and implant procedures preferred
- Knowledge of orthodontics is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Experience with SoftDent or the ability to learn new dental software quickly
- Current CPR and X-Ray Certification
- Positive attitude, dependable, and team-oriented
- Passion for providing exceptional patient care

Schedule
Monday – Thursday: 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday: 7:45 AM – 2:00 PM
No evenings. Enjoy your weekends!
