Maintenance Mechanic
ICA, Inc. is seeking a well-rounded individual to fill a full-time maintenance mechanic position. A reliable, and detailed oriented person is needed to provide maintenance to our manufacturing/production floor. Standard Metal Industries manufactures aluminum and stainless steel rolled goods, banding and seals. The mechanic will be responsible for all mechanical equipment throughout our facility as well as the facility itself. The right person will have the possibility for a managerial role.
General Duties:
-Routine Preventative maintenance of Electrical and Hydraulic Equipment
-Flexibility to prioritize and move back and forth from job to job
-Maintaining Production Equipment
-Tool Changes on Presses
-Operates Forklift in tight quarters
Requirements:
-Electrical and Hydraulic Maintenance
-Understanding of single and 3 phase power
-Troubleshoot damaged electrical wiring in our production equipment, dies and building
-Change circuit breakers, timers, and coils
-Communication, Organizational, and Time Management Skills
-Experience with Electrical Motors/Heaters
-Diagnostics (preferred)
-Self Starter
-A positive attitude and willingness to learn
-Ability to adapt quickly to changes without affecting quality of work
-Must be motivated
Schedule and Benefits:
