Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across designated areas.
- Disinfect high-touch surfaces and sanitize restrooms to uphold health standards.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are used safely and stored properly.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas are cleaned thoroughly and efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to supervisors for prompt resolution.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure all tasks are completed thoroughly.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout the shift.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting issues or completing documentation accurately.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is a plus; willingness to learn proper handling techniques is essential.
