Compensation Range: $80,000 - 85,000 per year
You will lead the marketing operations and digital evolution for a portfolio of B2B channel programs and eCommerce initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns to drive sales growth, customer acquisition, and supplier engagement.
- Manage co-branded programs and virtual trainings to help the company lead the industry in supplier onboarding.
- Oversee B2B eCommerce website performance, managing product data and digital assets within the generalized PIM system.
- Optimize enterprise ERP and CRM platforms to improve pipeline visibility, track marketing attribution, and support sales.
- Analyze cross-channel data to build dashboards and deliver actionable insights for a dynamic, high-visibility business unit.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to continuously identify process improvements and align marketing with revenue goals.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 5+ years of experience in B2B, distribution, or channel marketing with a proven background in campaign execution.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting, plus strong CRM and email platform experience.
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects and deliver results in a dynamic, high-visibility environment.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal sales teams and external suppliers.
- Bonus Points: Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), basic SQL, major ERP/PIM systems, and eCommerce platforms.
