Position Overview
We're hiring an experienced Spray Booth Painter to join our finishing team, responsible for applying primers,
paints, stains, and clear coat finishes to cabinetry components. Both part-time and full-time schedules available
— part-time openings for morning or afternoon shifts.
What You'll Do
● Set up and operate spray equipment for finish coating applications
● Prep and kit components
● Mix paint colors and finish systems
● Apply finishes to doors, drawer fronts, face frames, trims, and panels
● Keep the booth and equipment clean; manage material usage
● Inspect finished pieces for color match, coverage, and defects
● Follow all spray finishing safety protocols (PPE, ventilation, chemical handling)
What We're Looking For
● Spray finishing experience — cabinetry, millwork, furniture, or automotive/industrial coatings
● Understanding of primer, paint, stain, and clear coat sequences (or strong willingness to learn)
● Comfortable following detailed technical specs
● Good attention to detail — color and finish consistency matters
● Reliable, punctual, works well in a small team
● Able to lift/move cabinet doors and panels and stand for extended periods
Nice to Have
● HVLP spray experience
● Familiar with conversion finish products
● Basic woodworking or cabinet shop experience
Schedule & Pay
● $25/hour
● Part-time (morning or afternoon shifts available) and full-time positions open
