KT Black Staffing is hiring a motivated Coordinator/Recruiter to support our growing General, Security and event staffing division. This role focuses on high-volume hiring for general staffing, event security and event staff.

What You’ll Do
- Source and recruit candidates through Indeed, social media, referrals, and outreach
- Screen and interview field employees as they come in
- Verify licenses, certifications, and work eligibility
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for large events and seasonal surges
- Manage onboarding and ensure paperwork is completed accurately
- Fill last-minute call-offs and urgent staffing needs
- Communicate daily with operations about staffing priorities
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year recruiting or staffing experience preferred
- High-volume hiring experience a plus
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with a sense of urgency
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required
