Avon Masonry & Construction is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing team.
Positions Available:
Experienced Paver Installers, Stack Block Installers & Block Layers
- Pay: $20–$25 per hour (DOE)
Construction Laborers
- Pay: $18–$20 per hour (DOE)
Requirements:
- Must live in or near Antioch, CA
- Reliable transportation to and from Construction yard
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team
- Construction, masonry, paver, or retaining wall experience
Job Duties May Include:
- Installing pavers, retaining walls, and stack block systems
- Laying CMU and concrete block
- Digging, grading, and site preparation
- Setting forms and assisting with concrete work
- Moving materials, tools, and equipment
- General construction labor and cleanup
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- Saturdays as needed
- Full-time work
