Location: Four Winds Farm – Event Center & Hospitality Venue
Position: Event Bartender
Shifts: must commit to working 40-50 events per year, primarily evenings and weekends (with busier months in summer and fall)
Hours: Shifts range from 2-12 hours, depending on the event
Four Winds Farm is seeking an experienced bartender for our event center, set within a picturesque natural and agricultural setting. This position will be responsible for managing the bar staff, liquor inventory, and assisting with event coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in warm, hospitality-forward service, prioritizing guest satisfaction
- Manage liquor inventory, ensuring proper stock levels and organization
- Take on event management duties when not assigned to bar responsibilities
- Handle opening and closing of the property, ensuring all areas are clean and set for the next event
Qualifications:
- Ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of bar or hospitality experience. Willing to train the right candidate. Curiosity and interest in beer, wine, and craft cocktails is a must.
