Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- - equivalent professional experience is also considered
- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline design, implementation, and optimization
- Proficiency with GitLab and Jenkins for pipeline and workflow management
- Solid programming skills in C, Python, and Bash
- Experience with DevOps tooling spanning infrastructure management, project tracking, logging, and compliance security scanning
- Familiarity with Jira and JAMA for project and requirements management
- Strong Linux, QNX, or Unix-like operating system experience
- Proven ability to architect and implement software systems and deployment workflows at scale
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a project-driven environment
- Experience in a regulated or compliance-driven industry is strongly preferred, particularly medical devices

- Background supporting embedded software development teams
- Experience mentoring junior or mid-level engineers in a DevOps or software engineering context
- Familiarity with a broad range of languages and frameworks beyond the core stack
- Track record of identifying process gaps and driving improvements through to implementation
- Comfort with rapidly adopting new tools and technologies as project needs evolve
