Derma Institute is an international medical aesthetics training academy delivering hands-on training in Botulinum Toxin, Dermal Fillers, Skin Boosters, and advanced injectable treatments.
With locations across the UK, Canada, and the United States, we provide structured, small-group training to licensed medical professionals in a safe and supportive clinical environment.
The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Course Coordinator to support the delivery of our training courses in Chicago.
This is a key on-the-day operations role, ensuring training sessions run smoothly while supporting both trainers and delegates throughout the course.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up the training venue prior to course start
- Welcome and register delegates and models
- Ensure all equipment, consumables, and materials are ready for use
- Coordinate the flow of the training day, including:
- Managing model timings and flow
- Supporting trainers during practical sessions
- Assisting with consent forms and documentation
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional environment throughout
- Troubleshoot and manage any on-the-day issues
- Pack down, stock check, and ensure all materials are accounted for
Course Schedule
- Weekend-based role (Saturday & Sunday)
- Typical hours: 8:45am – 5:00pm
- ONE weekend per month, looking for a part time applicant
Requirements
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Confident, professional, and personable
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience in events, clinics, or customer-facing roles (preferred)
- Interest in medical aesthetics is beneficial but not required
