The candidate must demonstrate the ability to differentiate classroom instruction to accommodate various classroom learners Role and ResponsibilitiesPlan and implement rigorous and engaging lesson plans.Teach 5-6 sections of varied visual arts courses. (Art Appreciation, Digital Design, Sculpting, Yearbook) Use data effectively to encourage and assess student growth Create a classroom culture built on respect, growth, and love of learning.Use engaging strategies and cooperative learning techniques.
