Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, suites, and public spaces to verify cleanliness, organization, and overall condition.
- Identify areas needing cleaning or maintenance and communicate these needs promptly to housekeeping staff or maintenance teams.
- Ensure all cleaning procedures adhere to established standards for hygiene, safety, and quality.
- Monitor floor care activities, including carpet cleaning, polishing, and waxing, to maintain pristine surfaces throughout the property.
- Verify that all housekeeping supplies and equipment are used correctly and stored properly after inspections.
- Document inspection results accurately and prepare reports highlighting deficiencies or areas for improvement.
- Assist in training new housekeeping staff on inspection protocols and quality standards to uphold consistent service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping, janitorial services, or industrial cleaning environments.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and sanitation standards.
- Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeper management is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot even minor discrepancies or cleanliness issues.
- Ability to walk extensively throughout the property, lift cleaning supplies, and perform physical tasks associated with inspections.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and report findings clearly.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
