If you do — and you take pride in your work — we’d like to talk.
At Standard Tools, we believe in what we call Buffalo Culture — when a storm comes, buffalo run straight into it, not away from it. That means we face challenges head-on, as a team. We work hard, look out for each other, and take pride in doing things the right way, not the easy way. Everyone here plays a role in protecting the herd — stepping up when needed, holding a high standard, and getting the job done together. If you’re someone who shows up, works hard, and has your team’s back, you’ll fit right in.
