Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and fixtures in residential and commercial buildings.
- Use hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, and welding equipment to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct drain cleaning using specialized tools and techniques to ensure proper flow and prevent blockages.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to guide installation and repair processes.
- Perform plumbing system inspections to identify issues early and recommend effective solutions.
- Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools, materials, or personnel to various job sites.
- Adhere strictly to local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards during all phases of work.
- Assist with remodeling projects by assembling plumbing components and integrating new systems into existing structures.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about work progress and solutions.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of waste properly, and ensuring site safety at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven construction experience with a strong background in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Skilled in welding, drain cleaning techniques, and the use of hand tools and power tools.
- Knowledge of construction plumbing practices for both residential and commercial settings.
- Familiarity with plumbing inspection cameras, water systems, and troubleshooting methods.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately.
- Experience working on construction sites with an understanding of safety protocols.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and reading technical documents.
- Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks comfortably.
- Handyman experience or remodeling skills are a plus!
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
