- Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans

- Associate degree or higher in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies

Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Strong clinical knowledge in Family Medicine and Primary Care

Proficient in electronic health records and medical documentation

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts
Daily Volume: 9-12 patients
Duties: Evaluation and treatment, advanced care planning, consultations with sub-specialists, social work referrals, etc.
EMR: CPRS
Any state license accepted
Must be board-certified or board-eligible
ACLS, BLS, and DEA required
Paid travel & expenses
