Job Overview
ASAP Pressure Cleaning Services is hiring an ambitious South Florida student or recent graduate who wants real exposure to entrepreneurship, AI, sales, analytics, and small-business professionalization. This individual will bring or develop local industry connector skills with relationships across property management, condo/HOA, facilities, commercial real estate, retail/hospitality, franchise operations, or adjacent property services. This is commercial sales and partnerships only: credible introductions, qualification, walkthroughs, proposal follow-up, and referral relationships. $25/hour plus 5% of collected revenue on qualifying commercial deals originated; flexible part-time hours. Documented opportunities remain commission-eligible for 12 months.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients through outbound calling and warm calling techniques to introduce AI products and services.
- Support the sales team in managing customer relationships using CRM software such as Salesforce, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Assist in conducting consultative selling by understanding client needs and demonstrating how our AI solutions can add value.
- Participate in sales outreach campaigns utilizing sales automation technologies and telemarketing strategies to generate leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications that facilitate deal closing.
- Contribute to the adoption of new sales technology tools and processes to optimize overall sales performance.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to clients.
- Demonstrated proficiency with CRM software
- Ability to engage in outbound calling with a professional and positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of sales automation technologies and customer service principles.
- Highly motivated with excellent negotiation skills and a proactive approach to client engagement.
