Project Manager - The Project Manager shall have a 4-year degree in Architecture,
Engineering or Construction Management, have 10 years' experience in construction
management, and shall have served as Project Manager or Owner’s representative on
at least one project with a minimum construction value of $20 million in the Tristate (NY,
NJ, CT) area.
Project Manager should have previous experience in out of the ground public construction.
