No experience? No problem. We will provide the training and cover the costs for your Registration.
This is a "Bridge-to-Career" position. You will start as a Trainee, learning the ropes of a clinical environment through hands-on experience. We will support you through your Medical Assistant (MA) Registration process while paying you a full-time wage.
What we provide:
On-the-Job Training: Learn vitals, patient intake, and clinical workflows from our experienced team.
Certification Support: We cover the cost of your MA training.
Mentorship: Direct guidance from Nurses and Providers.
Greet patients and help them feel comfortable during their visit.
Assist clinical staff with basic tasks (taking weight/height, rooming patients).
Maintain clean and organized exam rooms.
Learn to use Electronic Health Records (EHR) to document patient information.
Provide empathetic care to a diverse population with varied needs.
Compassionate: You genuinely care about helping people, especially those in underserved communities.
Eager to Learn: You have a "growth mindset" and are ready to hit the books and the clinic floor.
Reliable: Our patients count on us; we need to be able to count on you.
Communicator: You can talk to anyone and make them feel heard.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.
A commitment to completing the MA Registration within 60 days of hire.
Bilingual skills are a huge plus, especially Spanish!
