We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. Responsibilities

- Conduct employee orientation, training, and development programs to enhance team performance.
- Manage payroll, budgeting, and bookkeeping tasks to ensure financial accuracy.
- Implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for the store.
- Supervise daily activities including cashiering, stocking, and inventory control.
- Utilize retail math for pricing strategies and sales management to maximize profitability.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and team management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of store presentation.
- Engage in marketing initiatives to promote store offerings and drive foot traffic.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management or as an assistant manager with strong supervisory skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customers.
- Familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus, along with experience in merchandising and marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
- Exceptional customer service skills paired with effective phone etiquette.
