The therapist in this position will work with a dynamic team to provide quality mental health services for those who are underserved due to limited access to behavioral health resources or may be underinsured. This role requires skills in clinical assessment, counseling, crisis management, systems perspective, case management and psychoeducation. The therapist in this role must demonstrate skill in working well under pressure to prioritize and manage multiple clinical responsibilities. This is a 40 hour a week (5 days a week; with the ability to have up to one day work from home); non-exempt position located in Lynnwood; reports to the Mental Health Manager. Salary starts at $71,572.80 per year for Associate Licensure. (Range: $71,572.80 - $82,222.40 per year depending on experience and licensure status).
Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Human Services/ Behavioral Sciences
- Current Agency Affiliated, Associate, or Fully Licensed MSW, MFT or MHC professional in Washington State
- One or more years clinical experience working with children and families
- Valid Washington State Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Experience navigating different systems (schools/families)
- Experience working with an electronic medical record
- Knowledge of community social services resources and how to access the resources
- Excellent organizational/administrative skills with good computer skills
- Commitment to practicing cultural humility, self-reflection, and continued education on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging topics
- Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team
- Ability to adapt to change
- Ability bring a spirit of camaraderie to your professional relationships
