Responsibilities:
Assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of treatment plans for patients
Conduct physical therapy treatments, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
Use equipment and supplies to facilitate patient treatment and ensure a safe and clean environment
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordination of care
Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory requirements and Platinum Ridge Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation policies
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
Current PTA certification in the state of Pennsylvania
0 years of experience (entry-level welcome to apply!)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and support
