Job Summary
Baskin-Robbins is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Cake Decorator / Cake Maker to prepare and decorate our signature ice cream cakes. Experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train motivated candidates.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and decorate Baskin-Robbins ice cream cakes
- Write custom messages and create themed cake designs
- Follow cake production schedules and quality standards
- Maintain inventory of decorating supplies
- Keep workstations clean and organized
- Assist guests with cake orders and recommendations
- Ensure all products meet company presentation standards
Qualifications
- Artistic and creative mindset
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Experience decorating cakes is a plus, but training is available
