We are looking for Sales Agents, preferably with at least one (1) year of previous experience working for a Health Care Company or in sales.
Responsibilities
- Present new clients with information about our centers.
- Encourage patients to sign up with our HMO in order to provide the various services and care we offer.
- Be in contact with the manager of both the telemarketers and the Administrative office, to assure patient satisfaction.
- Enroll new patients and recover patients who have un-enrolled.
- Follow up with the enrolled patients to offer quality customer service, and ensuring the patient is satisfied with our care
Answer incoming and outbound calls by welcoming patients with a professional, upbeat, friendly attitudeFollow prepared scripts based on call typeRegister new patients by gathering pertinent information and entering into the systemVerify insurance coverage and informationSet patient appointments upon request and identify future visitsData entry and maintenance of customer data basesProvide customers with product and service informationRespond to patient inquiriesResearch required information using available resourcesCommunicate with offices when necessaryHandle customer complaints and other customer support related issues, and provide customers with proper solutionMeet established standards within all performance criteria
