Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM
36 hours/week (3x12s)
Weekend rotation required (2 weekends per pay period full-time equivalent)
No float | Possible on-call based on census
Provide Med/Surg nursing care using nursing process (assess, plan, implement, evaluate)
Manage patient assignments (Med/Surg 1:5, Tele 1:4, SDU 1:3)
Coordinate interdisciplinary care and supervise support staff
Administer medications/treatments and monitor outcomes
Educate patients/families and support discharge planning
Maintain safe, compliant, high-quality care delivery
