Responsibilities and experience include:
Repair and maintenance of a general nature
Basic knowledge of minor electrical issues and resolution/repair
Basis knowledge and experience of minor plumbing issues and repair
Basic knowledge of carpentry
Basic knowledge and experience regarding mechanical problems and repair
Ability to resolve/repair maintenance issues at all hotels, condos and homes operated by the resort and the various points of sale.
