Sr. Software Engineer needed in Edison, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the US to design & develop software systems using new technologies and tools including Java and J2EE. Gather and analyze client business requirements. Analyze and implement the overall technical vision for the project, program or system, keeping in mind cross-functional impacts, integration across the organization and architecture rationalization. Oversee the installation of necessary software and customize software to the client’s unique requirements. Coordinate with technical team to ensure delivery of project. Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any) or related field plus 2 yrs. of IT experience required. The 2 yrs. of IT experience must include 1 yr. of experience using Java and J2EE. In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any) or related field + 5 yrs. of progressive experience in the IT field. The 5 yrs. of progressive experience must include 1 yr. of experience using Java and J2EE. All experience may be acquired concurrently.
