Duties
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires with comprehensive employee orientation programs.
- Assist with employee evaluation cycles, performance management initiatives, and training & development programs to support continuous growth.
- Administer benefits programs, payroll processing, workers' compensation claims, and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data entry to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), and affirmative action planning to maintain legal compliance across all HR functions.
- Facilitate employee relations by managing conflict resolution, conducting workplace investigations, and promoting positive communication skills within teams.
- Lead projects related to organization design, workforce management, succession planning, and change management initiatives that support strategic business objectives.
- Utilize HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UltiPro for data collection, analysis via Excel data analysis tools, and reporting to inform decision-making.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management or HR department roles with a strong understanding of employment law in talent management.
- Demonstrated expertise in HR sourcing strategies, recruiting techniques, and applicant tracking systems like SmartRecruiter.
- Knowledge of benefits administration, and payroll processing platforms such as ADP.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively manage employee relations and conduct training sessions.
- Experience with project management methodologies and organizational design principles to drive HR initiatives successfully.
- Familiarity with compliance standards such as OSHA regulations and the use of HR legal compliance tools like Taleo or Paylocity for data collection and reporting.
- Ability to analyze data using Excel or similar tools for strategic planning purposes; experience with social media management for employer branding is a plus.
