- Prospect daily for new seller leads in the Miami and South Florida markets
- Prepare and deliver professional listing presentations to potential clients
- Market properties across MLS, digital platforms, and social media channels to reach a wide audience
- Organize and host open houses and broker tours to showcase properties
- Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve optimal client outcomes
- Provide regular updates to clients and build trust through transparent communication
- Leverage market data and trends to set competitive pricing strategies for listings
