Conicelli Nissan is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Wholesale Parts Counter Person to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with dealership parts experience who enjoys building relationships with wholesale customers, has strong organizational skills, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
As a key member of our Parts Department, you'll work closely with wholesale collision centers, repair facilities, technicians, and customers to ensure they receive the right parts quickly and accurately. - Assist wholesale customers with automotive parts orders and inquiries

Process incoming phone, email, and counter sales requests

Identify and source the correct parts efficiently and accurately

Build and maintain relationships with wholesale collision and repair facilities

Assist technicians and service personnel with parts requests
-
Maintain accurate inventory and parts records

Coordinate special orders and track backordered parts
-
Utilize dealership software and manufacturer systems to process orders

Provide outstanding customer service while meeting department goals
- Must be at least 18 years of age

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous dealership parts experience preferred

Wholesale parts experience strongly preferred

Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred
