Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Per Diem Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide exceptional in-home therapy services to adult patients in Stoughton and the surrounding area. This position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships while helping patients improve their communication, cognitive, and swallowing abilities in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Provide skilled speech therapy services in patients' homes.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment techniques and home exercise programs.
- Complete accurate and timely electronic documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Home health experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance.

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
