What You’ll Do
As an Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans that support independence with daily living skills, mobility, safety, cognition, and meaningful routines.

You will:

- Help residents improve activities of daily living, functional mobility, self-care, cognition, and home-management skills.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with residents, families, providers, and team members.
- A willingness to learn, ask questions, and grow within a collaborative therapy environment.
- Strong clinical judgment or the desire to build it through mentorship and experience.
- Ability to stay organized, complete accurate documentation, and manage competing priorities.
- A calm, flexible, and professional approach in changing or stressful situations.
- Previous experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, hospital, home health, outpatient, or a similar setting is welcomed but not required.
