Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Seasonal Photo Lab & Customer Service Technician to assist with production, order processing, and support for clients. This hybrid role includes both hands-on photo lab duties and direct communication with customers, making it ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and enjoys problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor photo printing and finishing equipment
- Review image files for quality and accuracy
- Assemble and package photo orders for delivery
- Assist customers via phone and email with order questions, corrections, and support
- Maintain accurate records and data entry for orders
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate as needed
- Collaborate with team members to meet production and shipping deadlines
- Print, pack ship various products
- Work with various data files/formats
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability in computer systems and photo editing software (training provided)
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
