Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
- Assist customers with retail sales transactions, including product inquiries and upselling opportunities
- Process banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately using financial software
- Handle cash management duties including cash handling, cashiering, and balancing cash registers at the end of each shift
- Support customers with basic math calculations for financial products, loan processing, and account inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Maintain compliance with all cash handling procedures, security protocols, and company policies
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is highly preferred
- Familiarity with banking or financial services enhances your ability to assist customers effectively
- Basic math skills including retail math and 10-key typing proficiency are essential for accurate transactions
- Knowledge of financial software systems used for transaction processing is advantageous
- Strong communication skills to clearly explain products and services to diverse customers
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform cash management duties with integrity
- Experience in loan processing or cashiering roles is a plus but not required; training will be provided
Pay: $1,500.00 - $5,800.00 per week
