Familiarity with e-filing in NYS, NJ state, and federal US District court and Bankruptcy courts in NY, NJ, and elsewhere; Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Westlaw, Co-counsel, Lexis Protege legal research; Bestcase bankruptcy software, document review, draft discovery demands and responses, pleadings, bankruptcy petitions, and motions in state and federal courts in NY and NJ; manage trial and deposition exhibits.
This role is ideal for a self-motivated and organized professional experienced with legal research tools such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, Office 365, and BestCase. You'll manage client and attorney contacts, oversee court calendars, and handle various administrative duties while directly supporting a Senior Partner and senior counsel in a small legal team.
