As a Lead Water Restoration / Carpet Technician, you will be provided with state of the art equipment and training to perform at the top of your ability. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to grow. Hours are 8-5 M-S. Full to part time must be able to work 3 days per week or more. Hourly + Commission wages paid weekly. 30 days training
Your responsibilities will include:
- Moving equipment
- Water extraction
- Controlled demolition
- Cleaning of soft goods. Carpet, upholstery, area/oriental rugs, stone tile and grout
- Filling out paperwork, collecting funds
- Creating customer cheerleaders and earning customer referrals
