We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. Duties
- Perform a variety of manual labor tasks on construction sites, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers with their tasks.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety on the job site.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
- Load and unload materials as needed for various construction projects.
- Help set up scaffolding and other temporary structures as required.
Skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow directions accurately and work as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed correctly and safely.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to the construction trade.
