Compassionate ABA & Therapeutic Services is seeking a passionate, collaborative, and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join our growing multidisciplinary team as an Independent Contractor (1099).

Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy services
- Collaborate with ABA and Occupational Therapy teams
- Educate and coach caregivers
- Complete documentation in a timely manner
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings when appropriate
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Virginia SLP License (or eligible)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for helping children reach their fullest potential
