Weekly pay is determined by tips and base rate and we have been very busy!
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their visit
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Assist with food preparation tasks to ensure timely service and quality standards are met
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, supporting culinary team needs
- Manage cash register operations, process retail sales transactions, and handle cash with accuracy
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workspaces, dining areas, and food handling stations in compliance with food safety standards
- Ensure food service customer order management is smooth by coordinating between kitchen staff and front-of-house operations
- Support inventory management by monitoring supplies and assisting with stock replenishment as needed
- Uphold food safety management practices, including proper sanitation procedures and safe food handling techniques
Qualifications
- Previous experience in quick service or fast-food restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cashiering experience is a plus but will train.
- Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Experience in food preparation, food handling, or culinary roles is desirable
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices within the food industry or retail environment. We will train you.
