Pay Rate: $48.04 - $74.62 /hour
Shift: Day
Overview
We are seeking a Director of Imaging Services to lead our Imaging department, which includes various modalities such as Echocardiography, MRI, and mammography. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to enhancing service quality and team performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage all areas of the Imaging department
- Oversee professional and support staff to improve services
- Collaborate with DI coordinators and modality team leaders
- Foster a supportive team environment for staff development
- Implement strategic planning to grow market share
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
- Monitor departmental performance metrics and outcomes
Must-Have (Requirements)
- Bachelor's Degree from an Approved School of Radiologic Technologist
- 3 years of experience in a leadership position
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification
- Strong business and strategic planning skills
Preferred
- Experience in multiple imaging modalities
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
