IntegraMSP is looking for a Senior Sysadmin who thrives on complex escalations, leads infrastructure projects, and makes the people around them better. You'll work across a diverse SMB client base in a hybrid role with regular DFW client visits.
What You'll Do
- Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure (IaaS/PaaS), Windows Server, Active Directory, SharePoint, and Teams — including Conditional Access, GDAP/CSP management, and tenant hardening. - Senior System Administrator (MSP)
- Own Tier 3+ escalations with urgency and precision.
- Manage Hyper-V, Azure VM, and modern endpoint environments (Intune, Autopilot, ImmyBot).
- Support networking and security: ZTNA, VLANs, SD-WAN, SASE, firewalls, EDR/XDR/MDR, and SIEM/SOAR platforms.
- Lead cloud migrations, server deployments, and M365 tenant migrations aligned to IntegraMSP standards.
- Maintain RMM/PSA tools (Datto RMM, Autotask), documentation, and runbooks.
- Mentor junior and mid-level techs; improve processes and playbooks.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours escalations.
What You Bring
- 5+ years in an MSP environment — multi-client experience is essential.
- Expert-level Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
- Strong networking: firewalls, switches, VLANs, SD-WAN, VPN.
- Scripting proficiency: PowerShell, Python, REST API automation.
- Security-first mindset: Zero Trust, PIM, Conditional Access, EDR/XDR, SIEM.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for DFW client visits.
Preferred
- Certifications: Microsoft (AZ-104, AZ-500, SC-300, MS-102), CompTIA (Security+, CySA+), or equivalent. - Senior System Administrator (MSP)
- Experience with Defender XDR, Microsoft Sentinel, Purview, or Intune/Autopilot.
- Familiarity with ImmyBot, Datto RMM, Autotask, or RapidFire Tools.
- Prior experience leading client projects — scoping, estimating, and seeing them through to completion.
