- Lead the development and growth of the orthopedic and regenerative rehabilitation service line.
- Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based orthopedic rehabilitation techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and return-to-activity programming.
- Develop clinical protocols and best practices for regenerative therapies, including shockwave therapy, while supporting future program expansion.
- Collaborate with providers and mentor support staff to ensure outstanding patient outcomes.
- Build relationships within the community through educational presentations, networking, and referral development.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical documentation with minimal administrative burden.
- True one-on-one patient care with an average caseload of just 7–8 patients per day .

- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
- Current Iowa Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
- Experience treating orthopedic conditions with confidence in return-to-activity and/or return-to-sport rehabilitation.
- Interest in regenerative rehabilitation, including shockwave therapy (training provided).
- Experience in a cash-based or concierge practice setting is a plus but not required.
- Full-time preferred (4–5 days per week).
- Flexible scheduling available for the right candidate.
- Occasional evening or weekend community events for outreach and educational programming.
