We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Director with prior nursing home or long-term care experience to oversee all building operations and maintenance services within a skilled nursing setting. This leadership role ensures regulatory compliance, Life Safety standards, and a safe, well-maintained environment for residents and staff.
Supervise and direct the Maintenance Department
Oversee preventive maintenance and repair schedules
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and Life Safety regulations
Coordinate contractors and vendors
Participate in surveys and implement Plans of Correction
Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
Prior long-term care experience required
Strong technical knowledge of building systems
Ability to lead, communicate effectively, and make sound decisions
Salary: $65,000 annually
