Base Salary: $43,000 + Commission + Mileage Reimbursement
Are you a hunter who enjoys meeting new people and building business relationships? Epic Labor is looking for an energetic Outside Sales Representative to grow our staffing business throughout Middle Tennessee.
You'll spend your days meeting with local businesses, developing new accounts, and helping companies solve their workforce challenges.
What You'll Do
- Make 25+ in-person sales calls each day
- Develop new business through cold calling and networking
- Build relationships with decision-makers
- Manage and grow existing client accounts
- Promote temporary, day labor, and temp-to-hire staffing services

What We're Looking For
- B2B outside sales experience preferred
- Staffing industry experience is a plus, if you have done recruiting even better!
- Comfortable making cold calls and face-to-face sales visits
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and ability to travel throughout Middle Tennessee
