About the Role:
We are a fast-growing cleaning company looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple tasks, and enjoys being the go-to person behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and responding to client inquiries
- Scheduling and dispatching cleaning staff
- Managing calendars and appointments
- Preparing invoices and basic data entry
- Assisting with hiring and onboarding new cleaners
- Maintaining organized digital and paper files
- Supporting the owner/manager with additional tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools. We use MAC computers
- Ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and highly organized
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
