Customer Service Representative
Great Company that is linked to the government located in the West Mifflin is currently seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives. The ideal candidate must have at least one year of experience in a related field and must have excellent communication skills. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative
- Customer Service Representative verifies customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
- Update customer accounts as needed, including but not limited to account contact information, telephone numbers, and emergency contacts.
- Manipulate existing data, edit current information, or proofread new entries to the database for accuracy.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements of the Customer Service Representative
- Knowledge of Microsoft office
- 40 WPM + typing speed
2 Shifts available:
- 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Monday - Friday)
- 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM (with rotating weekends)
